JBS Couros has taken another important step in its industrial modernization journey. The Nova Andradina (MS – Brazil) plant has just inaugurated two new Feltre conveyor systems, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and, above all, the improvement of working conditions for our employees.

The implementation of this equipment represents a significant advancement in our production process. The new conveyors drastically reduce the physical effort required in key stages of the operation, providing more ergonomics and comfort for the teams. This improvement directly contributes to an even more sustainable and efficient work environment.
“The new system is here to make daily activities easier, adjust equipment to the needs of each person, and ensure safer and more efficient working conditions. This improvement also reinforces our responsibility to build an environment where everyone can perform their duties with quality and safety,” said Gustavo Rocha, Industrial Manager of the Nova Andradina unit.
Beyond ergonomic benefits, the Feltre systems bring greater speed and efficiency to the production flow, optimizing time and increasing precision in material handling. All of this aligns with our strategy of continuously investing in technology to strengthen the performance of our facilities and expand our production capacity to deliver high-quality products to our customers around the world.
The installation of the new conveyor systems marks another step toward more modern, safer processes aligned with the best practices in the industry, reinforcing JBS Couros’ commitment to combining innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
